The nearest place is Kaskane in the village, a 5 minute walk turning right from the front door.  They offer good honest bar food and nice pints  Monday to Saturday lunchtimes and evenings and also have a beer garden.  Beer and food is so reasonable that this place is always popular so we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment
