In the living room we have used a darker colour scheme and ambient lighting to try to recreate the ambiance of a cosy hotel bar

Two comfy sofas and a gas stove provide the ideal environment to sit back with a glass of wine after a day out walking

Technology wise, we have a flat screen TV with FreeSat and smart features, Netflix, iPlayer, ITV hub etc. This is supplemented by an Alexa device in the corner who can play music from your phone, play radio stations or even tell you a joke….

The spacious kitchen diner is one of the stars of the show, the colour scheme is lighter and the room enjoys a lot of natural light and a route out to the patio and deck
The kitchen has all of the facilities you would expect and also includes a washer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board plus plenty of storage
The tech doesn’t stop at kitchen appliances, a TV with freesat and a music system complete the offering

The dining area is a lovely environment to enjoy a meal or even enjoy a drink as someone else does the cooking

The kitchen comes complete with all the pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware you’ll need to serve up either your culinary masterpiece or the offerings of a local takeaway

There is nothing quite as relaxing as a nice soak in the bath, you can even bluetooth music from your phone to the mirror

A more invigorating option is the rainfall shower complete with body jets

Both bedrooms offer luxury bed linen, mattresses and pillows, TV’s , Alexa, reading lights, hairdryer, USB charging and light controls from bed
The grey bedroom is a 6′ super king than can also be split to two singles on request, and comes with plenty of storage

The second bedroom is a full size double with nice views to the rear of the property
Storage is provided in bed drawers and in a hallway unit opposite the door

LETS GO

Outside

Outside we have a large patio and a deck with furniture and BBQ provided April to October. A summer house, secure storage for bicycles or other sporting equipment and a dog shower with hot and cold water (and even their own towels)

There is private parking for two cars which really comes into its own in the summer months when the village fills up as people flock to the beach
